Intro to Stress Relief Through Art
Join instructor Cierra Johnson for this 4-week introductory course on Stress Relief Through Art where students will be able to create a textured abstract that captures their feelings and learn how to engage creativity for emotional awareness. This class is for ages 12+.

Class Ages: 12+
Notes: Dress comfortably in something you don’t mind getting dirty.
Intro to Stress Relief is an exploratory class for all experience levels designed to introduce some art and stress relief basics. Students are free to share and discuss the resulting artwork if they would like.
Refund Policy
As a reminder, all class registrations and ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for another performance date or event. If a class is canceled, refunds or exchanges will be made available to registered participants.

Parking / Finding Our Facilities
Parking for Arts for Lawrence is anywhere next to the blue stars on the map below. Amphitheater parking is also available EXCEPT during concerts and festivals. Parking is also available next to 56th Street after 6:30 PM. The parking lot next to our facility is NOT for Theater or FBCC parking.
