About the Event
Get ready for a fun night out at Ladies Night Sip & Step—an evening of Urban Line Dancing led by Deitra Mayfield at the Arts for Lawrence Theater at the Fort. This high-energy class features choreographed line dances set to R&B, rap, and urban music from around the world. Whether you’re brand new to line dancing or a seasoned stepper, the moves are easy to follow and adaptable to your comfort level, with alternate options encouraged. Expect a great cardio workout, lots of laughs, and a relaxed, social atmosphere.
The class is $25 and includes two beverages of your choice (wine, soda, or water) plus a snack. This is a 21+ event with limited space, so grab your spot and enjoy a night of music, movement, and fun.

As a reminder, all class registrations and ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for another performance date or event. If a class is canceled, refunds or exchanges will be made available to registered participants.

Parking / Finding Our Facilities
Parking for Arts for Lawrence is anywhere next to the blue stars on the map below. Amphitheater parking is also available EXCEPT during concerts and festivals. Parking is also available next to 56th Street after 6:30 PM. The parking lot next to our facility is NOT for Theater or FBCC parking.
