About the Event
Get creative with nature-inspired art in this fun, hands-on Clay Leaf Art class for all ages!
Teaching artist Alicia Thomas will guide participants through molding and shaping oven-bake clay using leaf-shaped cookie cutters to create beautiful, textured designs. After baking the clay for about 15 minutes, you’ll paint and decorate your pieces to make them truly unique.
Each participant will leave with colorful handmade clay leaves — and for an extra touch, they can even be turned into magnets!
All materials (including ovens) are provided. Small children should be accompanied by an adult.
Refund Policy
As a reminder, all class registrations and ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for another performance date or event. If a class is canceled, refunds or exchanges will be made available to registered participants.

Parking / Finding Our Facilities
Parking for Arts for Lawrence is anywhere next to the blue stars on the map below. Amphitheater parking is also available EXCEPT during concerts and festivals. Parking is also available next to 56th Street after 6:30 PM. The parking lot next to our facility is NOT for Theater or FBCC parking.
