4th Annual Juneteenth Jubilee VENDOR/FOOD TRUCK REGISTRATION

About the Event

VENDOR/FOOD TRUCK REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Vendors: We accept food vendors, artists, and handmade/artisan vendors. No direct sales vendors.

Cost: Vendor fee is $50. There is a discounted rate of $25 for non-profit (501(c)3) organizations. If you have a non-profit organization and would like to participate, please email leciafloyd@artsforlawrence.org for a separate link.

Space: Your vendor fee includes a 10x10 space. Vendors need to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. Tents are not required but are strongly suggested. If space larger than 10x10 is needed, a second registration will need to be purchased.

Food Vendors: Food vendors must be licensed with the Marion County Health Department. If you don't have a license, you will need to contact the MCHD to obtain an event license for that day. If you are a homemade food vendor, you will need to follow all guidelines set by the Marion County Health Department and obtain whatever licensing they require.

Misc.: There is limited electrical hookups as well as inside vendor space. You can request it on your registration and we will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.

Time: This year's event will be from 4-8pm. Vendors can begin set-up as early as 2pm, and will need to stay through the end of the event.

In its 4th year, AFL's Juneteenth Jubilee is a FREE event celebrating family, history, and community.

This year's event will feature Vendors,  Live Performances, a DJ, Interactive Art, Food Trucks, and more!

This  Family-Friendly event will be held outdoors at the Arts for Lawrence Fort Ben Cultural Campus. Last year, we had approximately 1100 attendees, and we are anticipating the same or more for this year.

Refund Policy

As a reminder, all class registrations and ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be exchanged for another performance date or event. If a class is canceled, refunds or exchanges will be made available to registered participants.

Parking / Finding Our Facilities

Parking for Arts for Lawrence is anywhere next to the blue stars on the map below. Amphitheater parking is also available EXCEPT during concerts and festivals. Parking is also available next to 56th Street after 6:30 PM. The parking lot next to our facility is NOT for Theater or FBCC parking.
